How to fix apple music not working on iphone / ipad. unable to login; apple music keeps randomly skipping songs but the problem is, i realize that i could not download songs from my apple music. it did not show in the “recently added library”, everytime i tapped on the “plus icon” then it just turned into “the cloud icon. This was the biggest problem i had with apple music. i put all my music in one big smart list for offline play, and hit "make available offline". this message probably appeared 30 times before i finally gave up and went back to spotify. sorry this was no help, it just pissed me off too and i'd love to see a solution..
